Architectural & Façade
Located on the financial street with the highest concentration of financial institutions in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, this 230-meter tower is the tallest building in Western Shenzhen and Bao'an’s first landmark financial hub.

The curtain wall lighting, designed by LEOX design partnership, employs a minimalist approach. A primary 5000K color temperature, complemented by 3000K, uses pure linear lighting paired with floodlighting to accentuate the building’s modern, elegant aesthetic while emphasizing its slender verticality and substantial presence.
Lighting ultra-tall glass curtain walls presents unique challenges: achieving striking nighttime effects while preserving daytime aesthetics. Through rigorous structural analysis and effect requirements, project contractor R&H Lighting Design implemented innovative breakthroughs:
This integration enhanced efficiency and preserved the building’s clean exterior lines.

As an experienced outdoor lighting company, Shone Lighting supplied the key 48W/m and 24W/m wall washer lights for the façade. We actively collaborated with partners to customize solutions, illuminating Bao’an’s premier financial landmark:

At nightfall, the lighting emerges from and blends into the architecture. Light reveals the tower’s texture, structure, layers, and atmosphere, creating a dynamic, iconic nighttime landmark. The illumination becomes an extension of the architecture itself.
