Jinshazhou Kingbuy Plaza

Jinshazhou Kingbuy Plaza is a 680,000 m² mixed-use development strategically located at the Guangzhou-Foshan transport hub, with direct access to Metro Lines 6 و 12. As the largest commercial complex in the Jinshazhou area, it integrates a 132,000 m² shopping mall, a 10,000 m² star-rated hotel, 400+ renowned brands, 11 international early education centers, و 8,000 residential apartments – pioneering the region's first family-centric entertainment destination.

In 2023, the complex underwent a facade upgrade to enhance its commercial appeal and drive regional consumption renewal through innovative architectural lighting. The facade features seven primary colors and three height tiers with masterful material treatments. Its design ensures seamless day-night color transitions and distinct volumetric articulation.

Our lighting designers employed tailored techniques to accentuate the facade's varied textures and complex geometries. Custom LED linear light for building and spotlight systems were deployed to:

• Intensify architectural dimensionality
• Create dynamic color-shadow interplay
• Enrich commercial ambiance and consumer experiences

As a dedicated outdoor lighting manufacturer, Shone Lighting collaborated closely with designers to:

• Select precision-engineered LED linear light fixtures in multiple specifications
• Match lighting profiles to unique facade materials and contours
• Implement rigorous optical control for uniform illumination
• Install waterproof LED linear light systems resilient to environmental factors

Finally, working without suspending mall operations, we elevated the district's commercial vitality with multi-dimensional lighting effects. The transformation established Jinshazhou Kingbuy Plaza as an iconic nighttime destination, demonstrating how strategic lighting solutions by an experienced outdoor lighting manufacturer can revitalize urban landscapes and stimulate economic ecosystems.
