Wuhou Music Avenue

Located on Wangjiang Road Street in Wuhou District, Music Avenue forms the central axis of the Chengdu Music Hub. Stretching approximately 1,000m, it connects the Jinjiang River in the north to the City Concert Hall in the south. As a distinctive street developed by Wuhou District, Music Avenue is envisioned as a "Pilgrimage Path" bridging the historic Jinjiang River to the future world stage of music.

To craft a romantic and natural gateway image for the Music Hub and establish rhythmic east-west entrance roads, the development of Wuhou's Music Avenue drew inspiration from advanced concepts exemplified by Barcelona's La Rambla and Hangzhou's Wulin Road No. 9 Music Block.

The central green belt pavement of Music Avenue features an extended "musical staff" light band, composed of individual Shone LED floor tiles. Pedestrians walking along the path resemble dancing musical notes on a score when viewed from afar. Since its opening, this innovative installation has become a popular destination for leisure and tourism, attracting Chengdu residents and visitors alike, showcasing the captivating applications of LED floor tiles.
