Zone Industrial Innovation Park

Baiyun High-Tech Zone · Industrial Innovation Park, strategically located on Ketai 2nd Road within the core area of Guangzhou Private Science & Technology Park, is an integrated production, R&D, and office hub developed by Guangzhou Baiyun High-Tech Zone Investment Group. With a total floor area of 74,941 square meters comprising seven landmark buildings, it defines the skyline of the park's central district.

The architectural floodlighting project leverages the rhythmic arrangement of exterior decorative strips across all seven structures. Shone LED linear lights (35x50mm and 17x31mm specifications) were seamlessly integrated to articulate the interplay of light, shadow, and contrast during nighttime. Utilizing DMX512 control technology, the synchronized lighting system achieves dynamic effects—dimming, chasing sequences, and animated displays—transforming the entire campus into a modern, technologically advanced outdoor lighting factory showcase.

Key Project Features:

• Architectural Integration: Custom color-matched (milky white PC) fixtures blend with decorative strips/panels. Clamp-mount brackets enable concealed side installation, preserving daytime aesthetics.
