OCT Happy Harbour PLUS

Foshan Shunde OCT Happy Coast PLUS is a new benchmark for cultural and tourism integration by Overseas Chinese Town, the best urban cultural tourism project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and a key tourism development project in Guangdong Province's 13th Five-Year Plan. OCT Happy Coast PLUS is located in the central urban area of Shunde, with a total planned area of 3.36 square kilometers. It integrates theme parks, themed commerce, and ecological wetlands into a comprehensive project encompassing “culture + tourism + commerce + entertainment + ecology,” fulfilling all visitors' imaginings of joy.

One of the modern buildings in the project innovatively uses Shone LED wall tiles. During the day, they function as building materials, but at night, when illuminated, they create dynamic effects, as if dressing the building in a series of vibrant garments, adding a unique charm to the structure.
